Delete your DeliveryDudes account
You can permanently delete your DeliveryDudes customer account and associated personal information.
Delete your account in the DeliveryDudes app
The fastest way is inside the customer app:
Sign in with your customer account.
Open Profile from the bottom menu.
Scroll to the account actions and choose Delete Account.
Review the notice and confirm. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion on this website
If you cannot use the app, verify ownership of your account phone number with a one-time code, then confirm deletion.
What happens to your data
Deleting the account removes personal account data associated with the DeliveryDudes customer account, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. Order and payment records may be retained in anonymized or detached form where required for operations and compliance.
